Our Approach

Group 34.png

Research & Strategy

In the process of making a device, topics are created to define the type of research. Data collection, observation, and analysis are the three main elements of our process. We create a design strategy to understand the needs of our users that aligns with our design and process. Each goal and outcome of the process is mapped systematically which helps us solve our user problems. Designs and ideas are generated based on the target specifications and requirements

Requirement Gathering & Concept Development

We believe in early engagement with our end users to clearly identify the core problem we are trying to solve. This involves conducting extensive user research with all the different stakeholders involved in the process of development. Initial problem statements and requirements identified by us are evaluated against the current market trends, competing products, predicate devices, etc. This clearly helps us to mark our requirements between needs and wishes. Based on the understanding we develop, we build concepts for evaluation. These concepts may include a set of mock-ups, prototypes, design illustrations, wireframes, infographic illustrations,s, etc

Design-Oriented Process

A design based thinking is at the center of all the different processes we follow. This includes the ideation we develop, the roadmap we develop, and projection execution. This ensures we have a holistic approach toward complete development. It also enables us to have a very rounded approach. This further becomes a central part of our team due to the rich resource we have from different research and technical background. Also, by adhering to strict design practices such as 'Design Thinking, 'Human-centered Design, and 'Life-centered' approach, we further ensure we are fully aware of the complete cycle and are aware of the setbacks that we expected. We have further extended these practices to the research, development, prototyping, and pilot-production process as well

Design Verification and Design Validation

We have established thorough in-house SOPs which enable us to ensure all the different designs and development we undertake to follow the same design verification and validation process. We further closely work with multiple regulatory agencies to be well-versed with all the upcoming standard policies. This ensures we have a strong eyesight on the regulatory pathway we need to follow. This ensures we have strong documentation in place. Due to this approach, we have parallel documentation which supports verification and validation. Further having a solid verification and validation process ensures each step of development is meticulously tracked so that as we progress, the process of technology and process transfer is seamless

Process Validation and Manufacturing Guidance

Different projects that we undertake often have long-term goals. In most cases, it is a definitive goal to ensure the developed product can have a healthy production cycle. We ensure this by having thorough process verification. Each of these process verification items has a globally accepted definition which ensures we can scale the production at any rational rate. Our existing ecosystem further expands our in-depth knowledge of healthy manufacturing practices. Our existing manufacturing eco-system further ensures we support a hybrid of manufacturing. Our established network ensures we can identify the right connection and provide the guidance which is required

Production & Commercial Support

We have multiple operational sites which can support a range of production activities. Each of these sites has the necessary ISO certification as per the expertise of each site. Having a thorough knowledge of the day-to-day operation of these sites ensures we can provide the right guidance for setting up large-scale production lines. Our interest in undertaking projects at an early stage helps us to craft the protocols for good manufacturing practice at an early stage
